The Order Process
Made-to-order cabinets crafted in Tasmania
Pinnacle Flatpacks manufactures each order individually.
The turnaround time from when you place the order, to custom manufacturing the cabinets, packing them safely for you to collect is up to 10 days, unless there is a Public Holiday, where it may take a few days longer.
Please note we close for 2 weeks over the Christmas period each year so our team can have well deserved rest from making all our beautiful flat packs!
Collection and Delivery
Once your Pinnacle Flatpacks order has been completed and packed, we will notify you by email and text that your cabinets are now available for collection.
Direct collection can be arranged from Cambridge in Hobart.
If you are arranging a courier to collect, please supply them with a copy of your paid invoice after you have received confirmation that your Pinnacle Flatpacks order is ready for collection.
For all delivery requests, please contact info@pinnacleflatpacks.com.au with the email subject line: DELIVERY REQUEST.
Please include your order number and confirm the delivery address, along with any special instructions so we can arrange a quote.
Whats included
with my Pinnacle Flatpack package?
Included in every piece of flat pack cabinetry you order is everything you need to complete the assembly easily.
All you need are a few simple tools to assemble
Included
- All Screws
- All hinges for doors, Pinnacle Flatpacks supply you with a quality set of soft close hinges as standard
- All drawer runners, supplied in soft close as standard
- Shelf if applicable for cupboards, and shelf pins with pre drilled holes to adjust the shelf height
- Adjustable Cabinet feet for all base cabinets
- Easy to use and follow instructions
Recommended tools
- Drill with a 1/8th drill bit
- Drill with a Phillips head no2 driver piece
- Soft mallet (not required but ideal)
