These Collection and Delivery Terms apply to cabinetry supplied by Pinnacle Flatpacks and form part of the overall supply agreement.

Manufacturing Lead Times

Manufacturing lead times are estimates only and may vary due to materials, scheduling or other factors beyond control.

Collection

Where cabinetry is collected:

• Collection must be arranged in advance
• Customers must provide suitable transport and handling equipment
• Risk passes to the customer upon collection

Delivery

Where delivery is arranged:

• Delivery times are estimates only
• Site access must be suitable for safe unloading
• Someone must be available to receive and inspect goods

Additional charges may apply for failed or delayed deliveries.

Risk

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first.

Inspection

Cabinetry must be inspected on receipt and any issues reported promptly.

Storage

Cabinetry must be stored in a dry, protected environment prior to installation. Damage caused by improper storage is not covered by warranty.
