This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to cabinetry supplied by Pinnacle Flatpacks and should be read in conjunction with the Terms & Conditions and Australian Consumer Law
Made-to-Order Products
Cabinetry is generally manufactured to order based on confirmed specifications. As such, returns or cancellations may not be available once production has commenced.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds are not available for custom or made-to-order cabinetry, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Where cabinetry is faulty or defective, customers may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Issues should be reported as soon as reasonably practicable and prior to installation where possible.
Assessment and Remedies
Reported issues will be assessed to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
