This Warranty outlines the coverage applicable to cabinetry supplied by Pinnacle Flatpacks. This warranty operates in addition to rights available under Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or limit those rights.

Warranty Coverage

Cabinetry is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of supply. Where a defect is confirmed, remedies may include repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage applies for a reasonable period consistent with the nature of cabinetry products, commencing from the date of supply.

Conditions of Warranty

The warranty applies only where:

• Products are installed according to supplied instructions and industry standards
• Products are used for their intended purpose
• Handling, storage and installation are appropriate
• Issues are reported promptly after discovery

Proof of purchase may be required.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from incorrect installation or handling
• Moisture or water damage beyond product specifications
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Natural colour variation or material characteristics

Warranty Claims

Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting information. Assessment will occur within a reasonable timeframe.
